Locuz Enterprise Solutions is seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess familiarity with common IT systems and have a foundational understanding of ITIL V4, including incident, problem, and change management. Strong troubleshooting and presentation skills, alongside excellent written and verbal communication, are essential.
Key responsibilities include managing service management tools, adhering to ITIL processes, and coordinating with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve issues. Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation is required. You will also monitor alerts, maintain logs, and support continuous improvement efforts within the team.
