Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Customer Service Executive in our Two Wheeler Finance department. In this role, you will be responsible for selling financial products by establishing contact and building relationships with customers.
Your primary tasks will involve making calls to prospective customers and successfully closing leads for Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Debit Cards and upgrades, as well as Fixed Deposit bookings. You will also be involved in General Insurance and Health Insurance communication.
This position requires effective communication with the target audience and proficient management of customer relationships.
