Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a qualified PDU Executive to join our Legal Loans team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting properties mortgaged with KMBL in both commercial and consumer banking sectors.
Key responsibilities include completing the APF process through site visits, managing documentation, and preparing valuation reports. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required, with familiarity in local property markets preferred.
