Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tandoor Cook to join our restaurant team at Happy Labs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating a tandoor to prepare various dishes, including naan, roti, kebabs, and tandoori chicken.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes.
- Ensure proper marination and seasoning of items for authentic flavors.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tandoor Cook.
- Expertise in Indian spices and traditional cooking techniques.
