Schedule: Fixed shift
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues at corporate up to manager level.
- Conduct exit interviews at the manager level.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve queries.
- Maintain updated Employee Master data and Skill inventory.
- Implement HRMS and lead Performance Management System (PMS).
- Conduct monthly HR analytics and employee surveys.
Qualifications:
MBA in HR/MSW with 8-15 years of experience (7 years if from a good college).
