Job Description
Pegasus Business Solutions is seeking a dedicated ROC Compliance Executive to support our Legal and Compliance team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and filing statutory forms such as MGT-7 and AOC-4 with the Registrar of Companies.
- Support company incorporation processes and necessary compliance formalities.
- Manage documentation and filing for company closures.
- Coordinate with the Company Secretary to ensure timely submissions in accordance with the Companies Act.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
