Job Description
Join Voxbay as a Product Trainer and play a pivotal role in educating clients about our cloud communication platform. You will conduct onboarding sessions, offer ongoing training, and ensure users fully understand our solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a passion for customer education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for new clients.
- Provide ongoing training for existing clients.
- Develop training materials and user guides.
- Collaborate with support and product teams.
- Gather client feedback to enhance training.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
