Job Description
JTAC – TRANSACNR SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is seeking a qualified Service Supervisor in the Automotive HVAC sector.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Analyze complaints and collaborate with R&D.
- Ensure compliance with response timelines.
- Provide monthly status and action plans to customers.
- Generate sales from spare parts and AMC post-warranty.
Qualifications: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/EE/Automobile with 4+ years of experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent; Pay: ₹40,00 – ₹50,00/month.
Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and provident fund.
Work Location: In person.
