Job Description
Elpis Technology Solutions is excited to announce we are hiring Voice Process Executives to manage customer interactions over the phone. This position requires handling queries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer support efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls proficiently
- Address customer inquiries with accurate information
