Job Description
The Wolf Works LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry and the ability to effectively source, screen, and place qualified candidates in various IT roles.
Key Responsibilities: Develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT, proven IT recruiting experience, and proficiency with ATS.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: ₹25,00 – ₹28,00 per month, benefits included.
