Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Back End Operations professional to join our team at HIRD Services Pvt Ltd, located in Kolkata. This is a full-time, permanent position with a shift from 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Experience in the insurance industry or with US/UK pension retirement plans is preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand client plan provisions and enhance knowledge delivery.
- Prioritize tasks to meet client needs effectively.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month
Benefits include Provident Fund and a Monday to Friday fixed schedule.
