Location: Kochuveli, Thiruvananthapuram
Industry: Automobile – Commercial Vehicle
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers at the service center and address their vehicle issues.
- Open detailed job cards and coordinate with the workshop team.
- Suggest preventive maintenance and additional services.
- Explain job estimates and follow up for customer satisfaction.
- Deliver completed vehicles and manage warranty entries.
