Job Description
MARUTI ISPAT PIPES PVT. LTD is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Organize and prioritize the CEO’s schedule, including meetings and travel arrangements.
- Communication Facilitation: Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Major Challenges: Balancing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and responding to unexpected changes.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹1,500,00.00 – ₹1,900,00.00 per year
