Job Description

In this role, you will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, draft job descriptions, and post them across various platforms. You will source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals, and conduct initial interviews to evaluate fit.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in recruitment tools and MS Office, and a degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience. Freshers with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
