Job Description
Genner Industries is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Machine Shop Coordinator with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a precision machining or manufacturing environment. The coordinator will oversee daily shop floor activities, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate job orders based on priority and machine availability.
- Monitor workflow to enhance productivity.
- Ensure materials and tools are available for production.
- Liaise with design and maintenance teams to address production issues.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
