Job Description
Fexle Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to coordinate and oversee daily operational processes. The successful candidate will monitor workflows and timelines to ensure timely task completion, collaborate with Client Servicing departments, and identify inefficiencies to recommend process improvements.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), tracking performance metrics, addressing operational issues promptly, and supporting team members with the necessary resources and guidance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,441.31 – ₹29,124.93 per month
Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift, Night shift
