Job Description
GALAXY ENTERPRISES is seeking an enthusiastic and engaged Telecaller to enhance our sales efforts by reaching out to current and potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to convince individuals to purchase our offerings and provide constructive feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the details of our products/services.
- Update the contact list regularly.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and offer solutions.
- Maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements:
- 12th grade or above.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month. Full-time position with benefits.
