Job Description
QRight Solutions is seeking a dedicated US Mortgage Recruiter for our US-based BPO located in Chennai. This is a contracted position for 6 months, with the potential for permanency based on performance.
Education: Any UG / PG with HR specialization.
Experience: 3+ years in US Mortgage Recruitment.
Pay: ₹400,00.00 – ₹600,00.00 per year (open for negotiation based on current CTC).
Responsibilities:
- Manage US Mortgage recruitment.
- Screen and shortlist profiles.
- Schedule interviews and conduct walk-in drives.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Job Type: Full-time, in-person.
Language: English preferred.
