PC Solutions is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical proficiency on both Windows and MAC platforms, along with a solid understanding of Outlook and Slack configuration. A quick learner with knowledge of Wi-Fi configuration is essential.
Key responsibilities include providing support for desktops, printers, and peripherals, both on-site and remotely. You will diagnose issues, report downtimes, and handle antivirus software management. Additional tasks involve reinstalling mail client software and configuring client PCs, ensuring efficient daily operations.
