Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Technician to join our team at DRA Group. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and networks. You will manage our networks and databases, ensuring smooth operation, and perform regular backups to safeguard our data.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of technical support experience, with proficiency in English preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary starting from ₹28,00.00 per month. Work days are Monday to Friday with a fixed shift schedule.
