Your role includes guiding them through admissions, course selection, and providing accurate information about educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential students.
- Handle incoming calls regarding courses and admissions.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow-ups.
- Aid the counseling and admissions team.
Requirements:
- 0–1 years of experience preferred; freshers welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
