Job Description
Lamtain, a custom light design and manufacturing company since 1989, is seeking a dedicated Factory Foreman to oversee operations on our factory floor.
Responsibilities: Manage daily workflows, supervise skilled workers, ensure quality control, and collaborate with design teams on custom projects.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within metal manufacturing, preferably with a mechanical engineering background. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
