Job Description
Solenis is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection of monthly trade accounts receivable (AR) from our corporate and strategic customers in North America. This role requires close collaboration with commercial sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues that may prevent payments.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and releasing time-sensitive blocked customer orders, and providing daily management support to the Global AR Lead and NA Credit Manager. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with various teams to identify and address the root causes of non-payments.
