Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Calling Executive to join our sales or customer service team at THE COVAI CAREERS. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, providing product information, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote products/services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain customer databases accurately.
- Meet sales targets and provide feedback on customer trends.
