Job Description
Join Dynata’s Custom Recruiting team as a Recruiting Agent! You will be responsible for identifying contacts and conducting qualitative research interviews with high-level B2B respondents in challenging industries. Your primary tasks will include delivering top-notch B2B interview recruits, enhancing processes for audience tracking through online sources, and selecting appropriate tools for contact management.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of experience in B2B research or HR recruiting, a proven track record in lead generation, and knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce. Familiarity with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn premium tools is a plus.
