Job Description
TB India Talent Acquisition is seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will manage recruitment operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with client-specific procedures. Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance recruitment processes and solve issues effectively.
Essential responsibilities include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment lifecycle. You will also conduct skill testing, strategize project-specific recruitment, and maintain proper documentation.
To qualify, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), and strong organizational skills.
