Job Description
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka | Shift: 8 PM – 5 AM PST
Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹30,00 CTC
About the Role:
- Contact hospitals, claims, and police departments for essential records.
- Prepare and send request letters for medical records.
- Follow up on pending records and keep CRM tools updated.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English (oral & written).
- Experience in customer service or claims is a plus.
- Available for night shift (8 PM – 5 AM PST).
- Tech-savvy with basic CRM and MS Office skills.
