Job Brief: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our invoicing, purchase orders, and payment processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day invoice processing and accounts payable transactions.
- Verification of PO and non-PO transactions.
- Reconciliation of accounts payable ledger.
- Investigation of invoice discrepancies.
- Facilitating timely payments and vendor communication.
- Generating capital expense reports.
Requirements: Basic bookkeeping knowledge, proficiency in data entry, and English communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹40,00.00/month
Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, night shift.
