Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing and Telecalling Executive to manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and customer interactions at SCALEUP IT SOLUTION.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue invoices, bills, and receipts accurately.
- Verify billing data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
- Make outbound calls for payment reminders and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound billing-related queries professionally.
