Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Bench Sales Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle for our US clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers to develop effective global hiring strategies and source candidates via niche IT platforms.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in US IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree (technical preferred). This is a full-time, on-site position with an immediate start.
Salary ranges from ₹17,00 to ₹35,00 per month, plus benefits including food and a provident fund. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, night shift.
