Job Description
Shelter India Charitable Trust is seeking dedicated Field Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will verify information from applicants through home visits and interviews with beneficiaries and families.
Key responsibilities include taking photographs, collecting documents, and assessing socio-economic status. This permanent position offers a salary of ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and a performance bonus.
Please note: Day shifts, in-person work starting on 01/05/2025.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
