Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cafe Manager to join our dynamic team at The Hosteller. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff scheduling, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Your role will involve leading the food and beverage team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with brand standards for quality and safety.
Required Skills: Graduate in Hospitality Management (F&B) with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication and management skills are essential.
Compensation: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month with benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and paid time off. Work schedules include various shifts.
