Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support representative! Your primary role involves:

Customer Interaction:

• Answering customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
• Providing timely and accurate information.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions.
• Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Building rapport with customers and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
• Understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.

• Timing: 01 PM – 10 PM
• Type: Full-time
• Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹22,00/month

Requirements:

• 1 year Customer support experience required.
