Job Description
Techchef Consulting India PVT. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries via call, email, and chat.
- Perform inbound and outbound calls, sharing quotations through email.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with prospects.
- Maintain daily and monthly reports.
Skills Required:
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
Female candidates preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹50,00 per month
