Job Description
Location: Yerwada, Pune
Shift Timings: 6 PM to 10 AM (Night Shifts)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: INR 38,00 – 42,00 per month
Join Growinity Solutions LLP and provide exceptional customer support through inbound voice calls! We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in the International Voice Process or Customer Support role. Excellent communication skills in English, a typing speed of 30 WPM, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Interview Process includes HR Round, VNA Assessment, and Ops Interview.
