Job Description
Ecstasoft Solutions Private Ltd is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to coordinate and oversee daily operational processes. This role involves monitoring workflows and collaborating with Client Servicing departments to ensure task completion aligns with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will track performance metrics, address operational issues, and support team members effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,586.85 – ₹41,144.05 per month
Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift, Night shift
