Roles & Responsibilities:
- Consult with farmers on best practices for crop management.
- Resolve farm-related queries with tailored solutions.
- Promote fertilizers and agricultural products to enhance productivity.
- Conduct field visits and recommend agricultural inputs.
- Organize farmer meetings and workshops for product education.
- Stay updated on agricultural trends and science.
Qualifications: MBA/BSc in Agriculture or related field with strong agronomy knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Benefits: Competitive salary (₹10,00 – ₹15,00/month), commission, professional growth, and fieldwork allowances.
