Job Description
Join Amplifon as a Client Care Executive! You will be responsible for ensuring client retention and satisfaction through effective outbound and inbound calling. Your key tasks will include generating client visits, managing objections, and maintaining customer information in Excel and CRM systems. We seek candidates with proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and fluency in Hindi/English, with Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam as additional languages preferred. Ideal candidates will have a cool temperament, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in tele-sales.
