Job Description
Amplifon is seeking a qualified India Call Centre SME to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will communicate with diverse audiences, conduct refresher training for existing employees, and innovate processes for increased efficiency. You will monitor team progress, provide coaching, and collaborate closely with the QA team to deliver constructive feedback. Your expertise in effective telephony etiquette, script delivery, and objection handling will be crucial.
Eligibility criteria include being results-oriented, possessing basic Excel and presentation skills, and having a minimum of 1 year of calling experience. A graduate or postgraduate degree is preferred.
