Job Summary:
The Service Advisor acts as a crucial link between customers and the service team, ensuring all vehicle service and repair needs are addressed efficiently. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, explaining services, providing estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Skills:
