Shift Time: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Talent mapping and requirement collection from managers
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Conducting HR interviews and scheduling technical interviews
- Salary negotiation and joining follow-up
- Preparing HR reports and maintaining the database
