Job Description
Dentsu is seeking a Resource Advisor to join our team in Chennai. This role supports the resource management team by managing supply and demand across our Service Line. Key responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy in workforce management tools, assisting in resource planning, and collaborating with leadership on quality metrics. The Resource Advisor will also review capacity, assist in recruitment processes, and support data reconciliation across business units.
