Job Description
Mayflower Cloud Kitchen Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Quality Controller to ensure compliance with FSSAI standards in food preparation and packaging. Responsibilities include regular hygiene inspections, quality checks, and coordination with kitchen staff for improvements.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Hospitality, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in food quality assurance. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and excellent communication skills are essential.
Monthly salary: ₹28,00.00 – ₹35,00.00. Benefits include food provision, paid sick time, and fixed day shifts.
