Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at G R Management, handling a US process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat.
- Resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and compliance.
- Work in rotational shifts, including nights.
Requirements:
- 6 months of BPO experience.
- Graduate/Undergraduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary: Up to ₹32,00 per month plus benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
