Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Chat Process)
Shift: US Rotational Shifts (9 hours)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)
Mode: Work-from-office
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Executives for a chat-based support role, assisting international customers. Flexibility for night shifts is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly chat support
- Resolve customer inquiries

Eligibility: HSC/Graduate with previous customer service experience preferred. Strong English communication skills and night shift flexibility are essential. Transport provided.
