Job Description
Insight Customer Call Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Care Executive who is proficient in Telugu. The ideal candidate should meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Must have a degree and at least 1 year of experience as a Customer Care Associate (CCA) in a domestic call center, preferably within the BFSI sector.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu are required.
- Age must be below 40 years.
CTC: ₹16,00 Gross/month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,00 – ₹17,00 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund
Work Location: In-person, Day shift
