- Manage client requirements delivery post-implementation.
- Conduct meetings to align business needs and plans.
- Provide training to clients via calls and video sharing.
- Analyze logs and present findings to clients.
- Maintain client process documentation and suggest enhancements.
Skills Required: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of the software development life cycle. Freshers encouraged to apply (0-1 year experience).
