Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Care Executive to join our team at Phenomenal HR, located in Edapally, Thrikkakkara. This is a full-time position that involves managing customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities: You will handle telecalling for customer support, manage office tasks, respond to client inquiries, and ensure professionalism in all communications.
Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and preferably have prior experience in customer support. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
Compensation: Salary ranges from ₹12,00.00 to ₹16,00.00 per month.
