Job Description
ARMSON HOMES is seeking a qualified Customer Relation Manager to deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee customer service policies and procedures.
- Conduct quality assurance surveys and provide feedback.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to support customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions and manage accounts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
