Job Description
Tiju’s Academy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled NCLEX-RN Trainer. The Trainer will prepare nursing students and graduates for the NCLEX-RN examination through engaging training programs. Responsibilities include developing review materials, delivering informative lectures, providing individualized support, and assessing student progress. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required, with a Master’s preferred. An active RN license and prior experience in nursing education are essential. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of nursing concepts, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in educational technology.
